A) 24-hour emergency home assistance*
In case of any emergencies, we will take care of your repair bills of up to S$100 per visit, up to a maximum of five times a year. Our emergency home assistance services include:

Electrical repair
• Blackout due to lightning and circuit overload
• Repair of burnt fuse inside Main Electrical Circuit Board (ELCB) as a result of circuit overload
• Malfunction of power supply socket

Air-conditioning repair
• Faulty compressor motor or fan of an air-conditioning unit as a result of mechanical malfunction
• Gas leakage

Sanitary and plumbing repair
• Replacement or welding of burst pipes, excluding those located in false or concealed ceiling or wall
• Blockage in water supply pipe, sewage pipe and floor trap

Roof leakage is not included under this service.

Pest control assistance – extermination
• Pest infestation by bees, wasps, hornets, rodents and termites

For termite infestation, the service does not cover recurring termite infestation.

Locksmith assistance
Enjoy assistance if you’re accidentally locked out of your home under the following conditions:
• If it’s the only entry to the home
• It it’s the master bedroom or an occupied room and access is required immediately in the middle of the night for sleeping
• If a child is locked in any room

 
 
* An emergency is defined as a sudden and unforeseen event inside the home that poses a threat to the safety of the residents or when an immediately unacceptable living condition has been created within the home and as a result, where the attendance required to the situation is immediate or within the day, or at the latest, the following day when the call is made after 10pm the night before. A minimum attendance fee of S$30 is chargeable to the customer should the service provider indicate that the situation is not covered as defined above. Any breakdown of electrical appliances/leakage of air-conditioning units or pipes shall not be considered as emergency repairs. All spare parts replacement is not included under this benefit.
