What is noise pollution?
.
.
Noise pollution is unwanted sounds that intrude on our daily life. In today's busy world many of us expect a certain amount of noise - the constant whirring of computers or air conditioners, the sound of busy traffic, or a running car engine.

When noise pollution mounts up it can have a negative effect on employees and the public in general. The World Health Organization (WHO) says that noise can affect human health and well-being and can cause stress, aggression, high blood pressure, sleep loss and hearing loss.

Noisy work environments can affect employees' health and productivity.
